1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
• Property details: street address, city, state and ZIP code.
• Project details: services you're interested in, home type, ownership, timeline, budget range, financing interest, notes, and optional answers about your current exterior.
• Photos you upload of your home, and preview images generated from them.
• Design selections such as siding, colors, windows and doors.
• Appointment requests (preferred date and time window) and quote information we prepare for you.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, the wording shown, and when.
• Technical information needed to run and protect the site: a random session cookie, coarse request data used for rate limiting and fraud prevention (IP addresses are converted to a keyed one-way hash before storage), and the page where you arrived and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) attached to your request.

When you upload a photo, we automatically remove embedded location (GPS) and camera metadata.

3. How we use information

• To create your remodeling preview.
• To respond to your quote request, contact you about your project, prepare measurements and estimates, and schedule appointments.
• To manage communication between you and our team.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve our service using aggregated, non-identifying information — only where you allow optional analytics.

4. Photos and AI processing

Your photos are private. Before any processing you can cover people, license plates, house numbers or other private details; those areas are blurred in the copy we use for previews and sharing. Our team can see your original photo to prepare your quote.

To create AI previews, the blurred copy of your photo and a description of your design selections are sent to Google (Gemini API). We do not send your name, phone number, email or address with the image. We do not use your photos, personal details, previews or quotes to train AI models. We never publish your photos or previews. Using a photo in our portfolio, social media or advertising requires your separate, written permission, which you can withdraw.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under their terms and only as needed:

• Bot and fraud prevention: Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to tell people from bots.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Marketing

Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for promotions. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us).

7. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site and keep your design session. Optional, first-party analytics are used only if you allow them. We do not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Details: Cookie Policy. Change your choice any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

8. Data security

We protect information with access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted connections in production, private storage for photos, short-lived image links, multi-factor authentication for administrators in production, rate limiting and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

• Photos uploaded but never submitted with a request: deleted after about 24 hours.
• Rejected uploads: never stored.
• Photos and previews attached to a request: kept while your project is active, then deleted about 90 days after the request is closed (longer if needed for a signed contract).
• Request records: kept up to 2 years for closed requests, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we must keep them for legal reasons.
• Security logs: about 180 days. Shared design links expire after 7 days.

Backups may keep copies for a limited time after deletion before they are overwritten [OWNER TO CONFIRM: backup retention period at deployment].

10. Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, using our privacy request form or by calling 404-405-4279. We will verify your identity before acting. Some information may be kept where the law requires it.

11. Children's privacy
